During this meeting we will be treated to a discussion on lessons learned throughout the long and successful career of Kathy Lane. Kathy was the CIO at several well-known companies in the Boston area such as Gillette, National Grid, and TJX, until her recent retirement.

Kathy will talk about how she was able to adapt her management style to accommodate each situation within the environment of each company she led, while still doing what she knew to be the best for the company to which she was responsible. Her discussion will be interwoven with personal anecdotes of her experience in some of these situations.

This is your opportunity to hear a world-class CIO speak about the challenges she has had over her career, and how she handled them.
