We are excited to announce the next CIO Roundtable, hosted by our friend and SIM colleague Alain Marcuse at RSM, located at 80 City Square in Charlestown, MA.

In this meeting, Sue Bergamo, Episerver’s CIO & CISO will discuss what GDPR means to your business. If you are operating on an international basis, then you need to be ready by May 2018. In this session, you will learn about proven approaches to achieving GDPR compliance, how best to prepare, and what happens to companies who are not compliant.

About Our Speaker:

Sue Bergamo is the CIO & CISO of Episerver, a global digital marketing company. As an executive, she brings her leadership and broad technology experience to help companies concentrate on growth by promoting innovation and productivity enhancements through application development, infrastructure operations, data analytics, business process optimization and talent management.

Previously, she held strategic positions at Microsoft and as the CIO at Net Atlantic, BTE Consulting and for two of Aramark’s apparel companies, Galls and Wearguard-Crest. She has also held high level positions at Staples Corporation and at CVS.

As a certified cloud architect, Sue also has an AS in Computer Science from Tunxis College, a BS in Business Administration from Post University, an Executive Leadership MBA from Boston University and a Master’s in Security from UMASS.

Sue is a Board member for SIM, co-chairs the SIM Member Career Development Committee and is a member of the CIO Roundtable. In another professional interest, Sue is a technical and business advisor to several startup companies and for Brandeis University.
