RLF has evolved significantly over the past 25 years – changes highlighted at the recent SIM Silver meeting

Submitted by Les Ball, SIM Silver

On Tuesday, April 24th, SIM Silver hosted Margot Carleton as our featured speaker.  Margot is a long-time SIM member and is currently the Co-Facilitator of the NE Boston Regional Leadership Forum (RLF) along with Bart Bolton. She is also the CIO/VP of IT at BAMSI, a non-profit organization offering a variety of services in the Southeast Massachusetts area.

Over the years, RLF has been evolving.  Margot provided a great update on what has transpired with the RLF program since it first started over 25 years ago! She also spent some time talking about her life and career and how and why she made the transition from the for-profit world, where she spent most of her career, to the non-profit world and some of the differences of leading IT in this sector.

Thank you Margot for sharing your story!
