The Service Desk Roundtable provided info on latest service desk software

The SIM Boston Service Desk Roundtable met on April 3rd at the Boston Properties Prudential building location where the group was treated to an excellent company overview by Boston Properties CIO Jim Whalen followed by a great presentation by Chris Ferguson of NEPC on their Service Desk software.

What ensued was a robust discussion around that topic for the entirety of the meeting with participation from everyone in the large group of 18 participants. As always, the comments and questions by all were thoughtful and highly informative. The meeting was followed by a great dinner at Earl’s Kitchen and Bar where the conversation and information exchanged continued.
