Service Desk Roundtable Drives Knowledge Sharing

The Service Desk Roundtable held on February 6th was extremely insightful. Our topics of Cloud File Storage and Process Automation provided new understanding of products already in place and others that are under review. The discussion lead to other topics and tools in use, and a group is going to coordinate a demo in the near future. After the meeting, we all went out to dinner at Abby Park where we got to know each other better and enjoyed a fantastic meal.
