Although it was our smallest group of the year, our most recent Service Desk Roundtable, held on Tuesday, November 28th, was filled with a lively exchange of experiences and ideas for over three hours. The topics were a revisit of the three most popular ones from this year’s meetings: Change Management, Surveys and MS Office 365. As always, the discussions led to several interesting sub-topics which may be featured in our 2018 meetings. The roundtable was followed by a great dinner at Tavolino’s in Patriot Place.
